{"id":1245,"date":"2025-01-02T15:57:04","date_gmt":"2025-01-02T04:57:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ucnsw.org\/?p=1245"},"modified":"2025-01-02T16:08:40","modified_gmt":"2025-01-02T05:08:40","slug":"ucnsw-2025-planning-session","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ucnsw.org\/ucnsw-2025-planning-session\/","title":{"rendered":"UCNSW 2025 Planning Session"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>On the 21 December 2024 approximately 30 members of the Ukrainian community attended the UCNSW\u2019s 2025 Planning Session.<\/p>\n<p>The purpose of the planning session was to develop a planning\/event calendar for 2025, ensuring events are reasonably spaced and don\u2019t conflict with key events for member organisations, and ensure there is something planned for all members\/segments of our community.<\/p>\n<p>Four &#8220;Focus Areas&#8221; were discussed:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u25aa\ufe0fCultural<\/li>\n<li>\u25aa\ufe0fSocial<\/li>\n<li>\u25aa\ufe0fStrategic Project &#8220;Australian-Ukrainian Identity Through Language\u201d<\/li>\n<li>\u25aa\ufe0fUkraine Aid Initiatives<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Very productive conversations were in the focus areas, with the comment \u201cThis was great, but we still have a lot more to do!\u201d being frequently heard.<\/p>\n<p><strong>All attendees agreed that 2025 is going to be a challenging year for Ukraine, and that we can best support Ukraine by building a united community that represents Ukraine proudly and professionally to all Australians.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The results of the planning session along with \u201cNext Steps\u201d for each focus area can be seen <a href=\"https:\/\/ucnsw.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/202412-Planning-Session-Outcomes.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #000080;\"><strong>here<\/strong><\/span>.<\/a> All groups identified numerous events\/initiatives for delivery in 2025.<\/p>\n<p>The Cultural, Social and Language groups identified the need for further volunteers. <strong>If you would like to volunteer to make our Ukrainian community even stronger please complete the Registration Form <span style=\"text-decoration: underline; color: #000080;\"><a style=\"color: #000080; text-decoration: underline;\" href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/6ZsXGjcSwRKvqQsD7\">here<\/a><\/span>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0414\u043e \u041f\u0435\u0440\u0435\u043c\u043e\u0433\u0438!<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On the 21 December 2024 approximately 30 members of the Ukrainian community attended the UCNSW\u2019s 2025 Planning Session.
