On the 22nd January 2026, despite the cold and windy weather over 200 Ukrainians and supporters of Ukraine gathered in front of Government House Sydney to mark Ukraine\u2019s Day of Unity (\u0414\u0435\u043d\u044c \u0421\u043e\u0431\u043e\u0440\u043d\u043e\u0441\u0442\u0456 \u0423\u043a\u0440\u0430\u0457\u043d\u0438) and participate in the global action \u201cChain of Unity\u201d.<\/p>\n
They were joined by the Ambassador of Ukraine Vasyl Myroshnychenko, the Consul-General of Greece George Skemperis, and Kateryna Argyrou, Chair of Australian Federation of Ukrainian Organisations.<\/p>\n
Attendees proudly stood shoulder to shoulder, uniting with each other and others around the world to show the unity, the strength and the unbreakable spirit of the Ukrainian people.<\/p>\n
