Opal Cards – Інструкція Отримання

На жаль, у нас більше немає дорослих опалових карток, але ми все ще маємо ~100 дитячих опалових карток.

Ми роздаватимемо Opal Cards цієї суботи, 4 червня 2022, у:

10:00-12:00 – «Welcome our new Friends from Ukraine” – 3 John St Lidcombe

Немає обмежень щодо кількості дитячих карток Opal, які ви можете взяти.

Що необхідно зробити для отримання Opal Cards:

1. 1 Завантажити та заповнити реєстраційну форму, перш ніж відвідати місце видачі Opal Cards. Заповнену форму взяти з собою.
2. 2 Взяти з собою копію вашої візи (підкласи 449, 600 або 786)
3. 3 Показати заповнену форму та документи на візу на реєстрації

Якщо ви вже подали свою форму та попросили дитячу картку Opal, вам не потрібно готувати іншу форму. Дитяча картка буде чекати на вас.

Якщо ви хочете отримати інформацію про те, чи будуть випущені наступні Opal Cards та інші пропозиції від Уряду NSW, просимо зареєструватися на підписку UCNSW на сайті www.ucnsw.org.

Opal Cards – Process for Pickup

Unfortunately we no longer have any adult Opal Cards, however we still have ~100 Child Opal Cards.

We will be distributing the Opal Cards this Saturday 4 June at the location below:

10am-12 noon – “Welcome our new Friends from Ukraine” – 3 John St Lidcombe.

There is no limit on the number of child Opal cards you can pick up on Saturday.

 

What You Need To Do

1. 1. Download and complete the registration form here prior to attending the distribution location
2. 2. Bring evidence of your visa status (subclasses 449, 600 and 786)
3. 3. Show your completed form and visa documents at the registration table

If you have already submitted your form and requested a child Opal card you do not need to prepare another form. A child card will be waiting for you.
