On Saturday 16^th March 2024, the Australian Ukrainian community and many supporters of Ukraine will gather at Tumbalong Park Darling Harbour to celebrate UkiFest 2024, and to support sovereignty and stand in solidarity with Ukraine. UkiFest 2024 will build upon the incredibly successful UkiFest 2022, when an estimated 8,000 people along with dignitaries from over a dozen countries joined local politicians and government officials to show their support. UkiFest 2024 will feature a Ukrainian bazaar and cultural stalls, an entertaining outdoor festival, a VIP event and children’s activities, as well as an open air bar serving local and Ukrainian drinks. The festival will be held under the auspices of the Ukrainian Council of NSW and with the support of Multicultural NSW and the Ukrainian Youth Association Sydney. We are proud to be celebrating Australian multiculturalism by featuring guest dancers and musicians from a range of ethnic backgrounds, with performances from the Polish, Latvian, Lithuanian and Hungarian communities in Sydney.
