🇺🇦🇺🇦 𝗨𝗸𝗶𝗙𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 | 𝗔𝗻 𝗨𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗴𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗡𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁!! 🇺🇦🇺🇦

Many thousands of Ukrainians and supporters of Ukraine and members of the general public gathered at Tumbalong Park Darling Harbour to celebrate UkiFest – Ukrainian Festival Sydney, and what a day and night it was!

The biggest and best UkiFest ever, UkiFest 2026 had:

💙💛 6 food stalls selling the most delicious Ukrainian food
💙💛 19 market stalls offering a variety of goods and services
💙💛 A fully stocked bar selling Ukrainian style ale and Ukrainian horilka
💙💛 Over 50 entertaining performances, including performers from Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide and Perth, as well as performances from Poland, Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia
💙💛 The amazing Kalush Orchestra!
💙💛 An incredible atmosphere of pride in Ukraine and Ukrainian culture

UkiFest 2026 was opened by the President of UCNSW Andrew Mencinsky and the Chair of the AFUO Kateryna Argyrou. They were joined by Bishop Mykola Cardinal Bychok, Ukrainian Ambassador to Australia His Excellency Vasyl Myroshnychenko, Federal Senator for NSW Deborah O’Neill and NSW Minister David Harris, Ms Lynda Voltz MP, Councillor Lyndon Gannon, consular officials from ten countries and leaders of other ethnic communities.
