UkiFest 2024 | The Best Ever!

Many thousands of Ukrainians, supporters of Ukraine and members of the general public gathered at Tumbalong Park Darling Harbour to celebrate UkiFest – Ukrainian Festival Sydney 2024, and what a celebration it was!

The biggest and best UkiFest ever, UkiFest 2024 had:

• 10 food stalls selling the most delicious Ukrainian food
• 21 market stalls offering a variety of goods and services
• A fully stocked bar selling Ukrainian ale (the first to sell out!) and Ukrainian horilka
• 53 entertaining performances, including performers from Poland, Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia
• An incredible atmosphere of pride in Ukraine and Ukrainian culture

What an incredible performance from our stallholders and performers!

UkiFest was opened by the NSW Minister for Multiculturalism The Hon. Stephen Kamper and the Ukrainian Ambassador to Australia His Excellency Vasyl Myroshnychenko. They were joined by the former NSW Minister for Multiculturalism Mark Coure MP, Ms Lynda Voltz MP, former Federal MPs Philip Ruddock and Laurie Ferguson, consular officials from ten countries and leaders of other ethnic communities.
